Tokyo Olympics 2021


 Hello Friends , As we know Tokyo Olympic 2021 is an upcomping International multi-sport event 
scheduled to be held from July 23 to August 8  2021 in Tokyo.

THE OLYMPIC Games is an important international event featuring summer and winter sports.
Originally , the ancient Olympic Games are held in Ancient Greece at Olympia . The first games were in 776 BC. They were held every 4 years until 6th century AC. The first "modern" Olympics happened in 1896 in Athens,Greece.


2021 Tokyo Olympic

Originally, Tokyo Olympic are scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, But the Event is postponted in March 2020 due to COVID-19 PANDEMIC. Despite being resheduled for 2021.
And also this is the first time in history that the Olympic Games have been postponed and rescheduled, rather than cancelled.


Official Name of 2021 Olympic is  Games of the XXXII Olympiad . And Host city is Tokyo,JAPAN .
Opening date is 23 July 2021 and Closing date is 8 August 2021. Opned by Emperor Naruhito.
205(expected) Countries and 11091(expected) Athletes are participating in 2021 Oympic.
There are 339 Events in 33 Sports on total 37 Venues on Japan National Stadium.

Indian Olympic Medals

India played its first Olympics in 1900, in that Olympics, only one athlete( Norman Pritchard ) played for the country and won India's first Olympic medal in which there are 2 silver medals.  After that India has always participated in the Summer Olympics since 1920.  India starts participating in Winter Olympics in 1964. Indian Athletes Qualified for Tokoyo Olympics 2021

 Today we will talk about the athletes of India who have qualified for the Tokyo Olympics 2021. India played its first Olympics in 1900 Paris, followed by Summer Olympics in 1920 India regularly participates.  In the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, India has fielded 125 athletes, who will participate in 18 sports out of 33, of which 70 are men and 55 are women.
